Terms & conditions.
These terms explain how you may use the Five Studios website, documentation, demonstrations and support service. Please read them before submitting a ticket or arranging a demonstration, and save a copy for your records.
1. Who these terms cover
“Five Studios”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of fivestudios.co.uk, trading as Five Studios. Contact us at info@fivestudios.co.uk or through product support. “You” means the person using the website or support service. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so.
This website presents Five Studios digital assets and provides product information, demonstrations and support. It does not collect card payments or complete purchases. Submitting a ticket, requesting a demonstration or discussing a price does not itself place an order or create a purchase contract.
2. Purchases through Tebex
When you follow a product link to our official Tebex store, the seller identified at checkout processes your purchase under the Tebex checkout terms presented to you. Those terms govern that purchase, including payment, taxes, delivery, cancellation and order-related complaints. These website terms do not replace or amend your contract with Tebex.
Before paying, check the product description, technical requirements, licence scope, total price and any recurring billing terms. A discussion through Discord or a web ticket does not change an accepted order unless the relevant seller expressly agrees. Any separately proposed direct sale must identify the seller, price, delivery arrangements and applicable terms before payment; this page alone does not establish those arrangements.
3. Digital assets and licences
Five Studios products are digital content for the platforms and purposes stated in their listing. Purchasing a licence does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. The product licence and checkout terms determine the permitted account, server use, modifications, transfers and any access restrictions.
Except where your licence or applicable law permits it, do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, leak or share product files; remove ownership notices; bypass access controls or asset escrow; or claim our work as your own. These terms do not remove rights that the law prevents us from restricting. Nothing here grants a new restriction retrospectively over a licence you already hold.
4. Product information and compatibility
Read the individual product page and purchase listing for what is included. Images and demonstrations show the asset in the environment used to present it; lighting, other resources, configuration and third-party updates can affect the result on your server. Tell us about a specific requirement before purchase if it is important to your decision.
We aim to keep product information accurate and will correct material errors when identified. We do not promise compatibility with every third-party resource or configuration. This does not exclude the seller’s duty to supply digital content that meets its description and other applicable legal requirements.
5. Support accounts and tickets
Discord verifies your identity for new support tickets. Use an account you are entitled to use and keep it secure. You must meet Discord’s minimum age and other account requirements. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else can access your tickets. Technical Support tickets require you to follow the relevant support guides, confirm that you own the product and provide purchase evidence for the team to review. The product owner must open the request using their own Discord account; we do not handle technical product support through representatives. This does not restrict statutory rights or legitimate legal or privacy requests.
Provide accurate, relevant details and treat staff respectfully. Do not submit threats, harassment, unlawful material, malware, other people’s private information without permission, passwords, licence keys or payment card information. We may restrict abusive use, remove inappropriate material or temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect people or the service. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us by email. Restricting portal access does not remove your statutory rights or prevent a legitimate complaint.
Support is handled through your website ticket. We do not promise a fixed response time, uninterrupted availability, a particular resolution date or unlimited assistance unless expressly agreed. Keep your own backups before changing a server or installing an update.
6. Image attachments and notifications
You may attach up to three JPG, PNG or WebP images per message, up to 2 MB each. Log files and other file types are not accepted. Only upload images you have permission to share for support. You give us permission to store, display and use them to investigate your request; you retain your rights in them.
Images become unavailable 30 days after upload and the cleanup process removes their stored files. Save any copy you need before then. The text conversation remains subject to the retention approach in our Privacy Policy.
Where Discord notifications are enabled, they are alerts directing you back to your ticket. Delivery depends on Discord and your account settings. Do not rely on a DM as the only way to check a reply or status change; the website ticket is the authoritative conversation.
7. Demonstrations
Request a demonstration by opening a web ticket and identifying the asset. A request is subject to availability and is not a confirmed booking until we agree arrangements in the ticket. We may reschedule with reasonable notice where practical.
Follow the joining instructions and reasonable rules for the demonstration environment. Do not disrupt the session, extract product files or attempt unauthorised access. A demonstration grants no download, redistribution or production-use licence. Ask before recording a private demonstration or publishing information about other participants.
8. Website content and acceptable use
Five Studios and its licensors retain rights in website text, graphics, branding and product media. You may browse, link to our public pages and save these terms or guides for your own legitimate reference. Other reuse requires permission unless allowed by law. Do not impersonate Five Studios, misrepresent a relationship with us, interfere with the service or access another person’s private ticket.
Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. References to FiveM, games, software or real-world organisations describe context and do not imply endorsement or affiliation. External websites, including Discord and Tebex, have their own terms and policies.
9. Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights
For a Tebex order, contact the seller using the contact and cancellation process in your order confirmation and checkout terms. We can help investigate a technical issue, but cannot rewrite the seller’s obligations.
Consumers may have a statutory cancellation period for digital content. Where the law permits the right to cancel to end when supply begins, this requires the necessary prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. A download alone does not replace those requirements. Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed content remain separate from change-of-mind cancellation rights. No statement on this website means “no refunds in all circumstances” or removes a mandatory legal remedy.
10. Responsibility and liability
We are responsible for loss or damage for which the law makes us responsible, including foreseeable loss caused by our breach of an applicable obligation or negligence. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for faults caused solely by unauthorised modifications, misuse or third-party services outside our control. For business users, and only where lawful and fair, we do not accept liability under these website terms for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue or business opportunity. These website terms do not limit obligations owed by a seller under your purchase contract.
11. Complaints and disputes
Send a complaint to info@fivestudios.co.uk, identifying the relevant ticket or order and the outcome you are seeking. We will review it and respond through an appropriate contact route. Purchase complaints may also need to be raised with Tebex as the seller.
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction that applicable law provides. Nothing in these terms forces a consumer to give up those protections.
12. Changes and general provisions
The date above identifies this version. We may update these terms for changes to the website, service or law. Material changes affecting an ongoing support arrangement will be communicated where reasonably practicable. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or change an existing purchase contract without a valid basis.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply where possible. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. No one else gains a right to enforce these website terms unless the law provides otherwise.
