Ambulance Hub: installation & troubleshooting

Verify the ambulance station, make-ready garage and crew spaces, then narrow down missing rooms, blocked entrances and integration issues.

Use this alongside the instructions included with your purchased release for exact resource names, supported versions and configuration values.

01

Before installing

Use the current purchased package and read its location and installation notes. Back up your configuration and identify existing ambulance stations or other maps that change the same site. Test one supported version of the hub at a time. Keep optional variants separate until the package instructions tell you which to enable.

02

Confirm the resource starts

Preserve the supplied resource structure and use its exact name in your server configuration. Check any documented dependencies and read the first startup error if it fails. A successful start is only the beginning: join the server and visit the location from the release instructions rather than guessing coordinates.

03

Walk through the station

Check the training rooms, operations room, make-ready garage, equipment and medical storage, offices and crew facilities. Test the public and vehicle entrances, outside parking and transitions between rooms. Compare walking through an opening with driving through it so staff can distinguish a door issue from a collision or clearance problem.

04

Missing rooms or surfaces that flicker

Use an unmodified copy of the hub on a test server and temporarily disable maps affecting the same location. Reconnect before comparing the result. If one camera angle makes a room disappear, record both the working and failing views and the doorway between them. This may need a map review; screenshots and a repeatable route are more useful than changing unrelated client settings.

05

Doors, parking and ambulance-job features

A building and a framework job are separate parts of a server. A visible garage or medical room does not by itself configure vehicle spawning, storage access, clothing, treatment or jobs. Check which integrations your release actually includes, then follow your chosen job, garage and door-lock resource documentation. If the building is present but a menu or interaction is missing, investigate that integration first.

06

Lighting, textures and client differences

Test the stock textures and compare the same location at the same time and weather. If only one player sees the issue, reconnect and compare with a second client without additional visual modifications. If everyone sees it, return to the installed files and overlapping maps. Avoid deleting whole cache or game folders as a first troubleshooting step.

07

What to include in your Ambulance Hub ticket

Provide proof of purchase, your installed version and the affected room or entrance. Include screenshots, a short relevant error if there is one, your framework and door/garage integration names, nearby maps and the result of testing the original package. Explain whether the problem concerns the building or a scripted interaction.
