MRPD 2026: installation & troubleshooting

Check your British Police HQ installation, resolve common Mission Row map conflicts and investigate custody doors, gates and panic strips.

Use this alongside the instructions included with your purchased release for exact resource names, supported versions and configuration values.

01

Prepare the Mission Row area

Back up your configuration and test away from your live server. List every resource that changes Mission Row, Sinner Street, the station grounds or nearby roads. An older MRPD replacement can overlap this release even when its resource folder has a different name. Use the current MRPD download and its included instructions; do not mix files from earlier versions.

02

Install one complete release

Extract the actual resource folder, preserving its manifest, streamed assets and supplied supporting files. Use the exact folder name and dependencies documented in the package. Start required dependencies first, then the MRPD resource. Check the server console before entering the station. If the resource fails to start, resolve that error before investigating the building in game.

03

Check the whole station

Visit the public entrance, reception, interview spaces, custody processing area, cells and vehicle-transfer garage. Walk the entrances and floor transitions and drive through the secure vehicle route. Test with another player where possible. Note the room, doorway or coordinates for each problem instead of reporting only that the station is broken.

04

Flickering walls, duplicate buildings or invisible barriers

Overlapping map geometry is a possibility, not a diagnosis. On your test server, disable other Mission Row replacements and area edits one at a time, then reconnect and repeat the same route. If this fixes the symptom, identify the exact conflicting resource. Keep the unmodified MRPD package intact; do not delete collision or map files at random or assume that changing start order makes two replacements compatible.

05

Custody doors and gates

First distinguish a visible door that stays locked from an invisible collision blocking the opening. For a locked door, check the door-lock integration and permissions specified for your release. Old MRPD door entries may refer to different objects or positions. For the supplied animated gates, follow the included code-lock configuration. Do not invent model hashes or coordinates. If a vehicle hits an invisible barrier when the gate is visibly open, include a screenshot and check for overlapping area resources.

06

Panic strips and force textures

If the panic-strip interface or zone indication does not behave as expected, check the supplied script starts, then capture the exact short error and the strip or zone involved. For custom force textures, work only on files the release allows you to edit and keep the originals. Reproduce visual issues with the original textures before asking staff to diagnose the map.

07

What to include in your MRPD ticket

Select MRPD 2026, provide purchase evidence and describe the exact room or entrance affected. Include your release version, server artifact and game build, nearby map resources, what you disabled on the test server and whether another player can reproduce it. Attach clear screenshots; do not upload logs, credentials or complete server configurations.
